The concept

To you, music producers, video producers and all producers who work in team through Google Drive to share you work with your collaborators :
Imagine you can drop your content directly from drive to Youtube

It's hard to have a great work in this type of field, where a project need a lot of collaborators. For example in music, the beatmaker makes the prod, then the sound engineer works on it, after that the singer sing on it and the project comes and goes between all the actors.

At the end of the project you want to see the design as a viewer directly on YouTube for example. Thanks to this project, you can upload your video directly from your Google Drive to YouTube.

How this project will work ?

Through Zapier, you can connect 2 platforms like Google Drive and Youtube in our case.

The process is very simple, at first you need yo create a Webhook on Zapier.
Webhook will send a message to the platform to communicate with it and allows a better control of your data.

You have 13 steps to get through all the process :

First part : Google Drive

Create your Zap by clicking on "Upload new Google Drive videos to Youtube"

Select "New File in Folder in Google Drive"

Select the "Trigger Event", here I choose "New File in Folder", then click on "Continue"

Now you join your Google Drive account to Zappier to create the connection

Choose your drive and the folder you want to select

Then you need to test your trigger by clicking on : "Test trigger". Click on "Continue"

You have finished to connect Zapier and you Google Drive account

Second part : Youtube

Select the Youtube account then click on "Continue"

You find all information needed to post a video on Youtube. Change what you want.
